The Strength and Conditioning (S&C) facilities are located on the main floor of the Ramsey Student Center. These rooms combined provide approximately 19,000 sq.ft. of workout space for our patrons and academic classes. S&C I and II each contain over 100 pieces of strength training equipment. S&C I consists of plate-loaded equipment, motion technology selectorized equipment, cable motion equipment, benches & racks, platforms, dumbbells, fixed barbells, pull-up bars, Swiss balls and over 25 different cardiovascular options. The equipment in S&C I may appeal more towards performance-oriented users.

The new S&C II consists of equipment which appeals to all users from novice level to master level. S&C II consists of selectorized equipment, Total Access Equipment, cable motion equipment, benches and racks, dumbbells, fixed barbells, Versabars, Swiss balls and over 50 cardiovascular options. Most of the cardio machines in S&C II come with integrated touch screen TVs and iPod capabilities.

S & C I and II both contain various kinds and brands of strength equipment which include LifeFitness, Hammer Strength, Cybex, Ivanko, Intek and Irongrip. Our cardiovascular equipment includes Octane, Precor & Life Fitness ellipticals; LifeFitness upright & recumbent stationary bikes, Expresso Bikes, Stairmaster climbers & Stepmills, Cybex Arc Trainers, Concept II Rowers; LifeFitness, Star Trac & Woodway treadmills.

In addition to S&C I and II we also offer over 50 cardiovascular options in our overlook areas located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of our facility.

All areas are open during all facility hours.
