FIELD CLOSURE POLICIES

Fields are subject to closure under the following conditions:

• Inclement weather, i.e. rain, ice, etc.
• Rest and/or rotation of the fields, in an effort to prolong playing conditions and activity
• Field repair and maintenance

FIELD COMPLEX RULES

NO:

• alcohol
• tobacco products
• archery
• golf
• littering
• glass containers
• cars, trucks or recreational vehicles on fields
• animals on the fields

Dogs must be on a leash in other areas.

FIELD RENTAL FEES (per field per hour)

UGA Groups

• $15/hr
• lighted field $30/hr

Community Groups

• $30/hr
• lighted field $40/hr

TENNIS COURT RENTAL FEES (per court per hour)

UGA Groups

• $10/hr

Community Groups

• $20/hr

RESERVATION AND FIELD POLICIES

• All groups must comply with the request of the Rec Sports staff, especially during emergency medical or severe weather situations
• All visitors are responsible for their actions in relation to the activity at the Complex
• All groups are expected to assist with the clean up after the function/event
