Program Length: 12 weeks
2 assessments, 3 workout sessions/week, 4 nutrition seminars
T-shirts, pedometers, social support to reach your goals, and much more!
Baseline Assessment Appointments Jan. 25th and 26thWorkouts begin Feb. 4th
Faculty/Staff Workouts: Tues/Thurs 4:30-5:15pm
Student Workouts: Tues/Thurs 5:30-6:15pm
Group Sessions/Open Gym: Sat 10-10:45 am
