Each semester, the holiday and academic calendar schedule provides the opportunity for the ORC to offer "free rental days" when the facility is closed. If you wish to rent equipment over these special days, there will be no charge for those days. The following free days are offered this semester:

Closures and Special Rental Deals:

• Closed August 3-14 (Semester Break) Pick up equipment on July 31 and return on Aug. 17.  Pay for seven days, get nine days FREE!
• Closed September 7, (Monday) - Labor Day Holiday, FREE RENTAL DAY!
• Closed October 30, (Friday) - Fall Break, FREE RENTAL DAY!
• Closed November 23 - 27 (Monday - Friday) - Thanksgiving Break. Rent equipment on Nov. 20, return on Nov. 30 (10 day period). Pay for 5 days, GET 5 FREE DAYS!
