Reservations must be made and confirmed with a 21 day minimum notice. To reserve a date for your group’s event: 1. Call our Facility Reservationist at 542-5060. 2. Completed paperwork and payment must be received two weeks prior to the party date. Please note: Lake Herrick is part of the Oconee National Forest natural habitat. Some water or beach activities may be unavailable due to forces of nature. Should this happen, no refunds will be awarded. Fees: Rental fees are based according to the size of the group, length of time and University affiliation. Party set-up, catering preparation and clean-up will be included in event length. Minimum party length is three (3) hours and there is a limit of 150 people per function.
Cancellations & Refunds: Your reservation is honored rain or shine. If weather conditions are unsafe (lightning, high winds), the staff on duty will discontinue all activities and close the facility. In the case of unsafe weather conditions, groups will be entitled to either a full or partial refund. Reservations cancelled by the party contact 14 or more days out will receive a full refund. |
