Group Fitness

The Group Fitness program has something for everyone!  All Access offerings include Zumba, BODYPUMP™, Pilates, Yoga, Studio Cycling, Step, Kickboxing, Boot Camp and many other group exercise class options. View the All Access Schedule at the link on the right. 

Instructional Class offerings are programs that teach a various skills that progress each week.  Try a boxing or belly dancing class to punch or shimmy your way into shape. View the Instructional Class offerings at the link on the right.

Join us for 20 minutes of ab and back strengthening exercises with $1 Abs. This class is offered four times per week and you only have to pay $1 per class. Check out our $1 Abs schedule.
